We recently used NetMove. From beginning to end our experience was exceptional. Oliver was extremely knowledgeable about their services and the industry as a whole. Throughout the process he was available to answer all of my questions related to the move. When the movers showed up to help pack and move, every crew member was focused, positive and hard working. They paid attention to every detail and took the utmost care of our belongings. We have used NetMove for multiple moves when we lived in Georgia. Most recently we used them in October 2021 when we moved to Florida. We also used their storage services for 13 months. The movers are always professional and kind. They treat your personal property and belongings like everything is fragile. It is a pleasure to work with them and we are amazed at their work ethic and attitude. We have never had any items lost or damaged or stolen.Not 1 glass broken. Melody is the most consummate in her job and she has excellent customer service skills. She does whatever she can to make you feel comfortable and explains things readily when questions are asked. Oliver Shaw has become a friend and we trust him because he knows the moving industry. He is warm, friendly, and outgoing but has a no nonsense approach to getting the job done. It has been an honor and a privilege to work with him and NetMove. Not many companies today offer great customer service, but NetMove continues to do so. The people at NetMove are of the highest moral character and integrity. This is what sets them apart from the others. If something went wrong at NetMove they would bend over backwards to correct it and make it right! In closing, we recently made a big move from GA to Michigan and went with another moving company. It has been a nightmare with items stolen, missing, and damaged. The lesson we learned here is stick with what and who you know! Don’t try to be generous by offering an unknown entity your business even if they were recommended by a real estate agent. Thank you Oliver for your support. I went with a different company when I first moved and it was a horrible experience. Everything that could go wrong did and the workers were absolutely the worst. However, Oliver worked for that company at the time and fixed all the issues for me as well as possible and without question.When I needed to hire movers again, I figured I'd try reaching out to him again. I didn't realize at the time, but the number he gave me happened to be his personal number. Luckily for me, because he was now with Netmove and, though he was under no obligation to do so, he still held to the promise he'd made me last time and did his best to make sure I was taken care of properly and actually had a positive experience this time.Christian and Ryan were so helpful and polite and professional and they did the job in half the time as the last company without all the damage and harassments as well.(Not to mention, the pricing was on par or even lower than all the other companies I reached out to and they didn't bother with intimidation tactics or brash salespeople. It is a flat rate instead of hourly like everyone else, but I personally preferred that.)I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I will definitely reach back out to them next time I or someone I know needs to move anything.

This is the 2nd time I have used Netmove and words don't do justice with how happy I am with the job that Oliver and his crew did. First my wife and I moved from apt to apt and 1.5 years later from an apt to a house and each time the movers were quick, communicative, and met our needs. Great overall experience and would definitely use them again. We were planning a move up north and reached out to NetMove (Wheaton). Although their quote was the highest we’d received, I felt most comfortable with them. After some discussion, my husband and I chose NetMove. Our move ended up right in the middle of Covid19, but NetMove was responsive and easy to communicate with. They were in constant contact with us up until a few days AFTER the move. They made a tough situation feel less stressful. Truly have never had better movers in my life. They were quick and really did a fantastic job. If this review was based on just movers alone it would be 5 stars, but I have to remove one because there was a BIG miscommunication (and I will take ownership of part of it). BUYER BEWARE this is a flat rate moving service. I thought it was hourly as I asked what the hourly rate was, and was never told the words “flat rate” when we spoke on the phone. The part I take ownership is that it was on the “binding moving contract” in small letters “(flat rate)”. Very easy to miss. So without it being spoken to you and without you combing through the estimate with a fine tooth comb (which you should always do anyway when signing something). Anyway- they did give me a $100 refund which is fine but when you were charged 6 hours for a move that took 3 it is a little frustrating. Anyway props to them for trying to make it right and it is appreciated. Hopefully someone else finds this helpful so it doesn’t happen to you...

I do not enjoy moving, as matter of fact I detest moving but my latest move with NetMove changed my attitude about moving. I am in South Carolina making phone calls to coordinate a move from Roswell Ga. to Alabama at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and I was fortunate to get Melody from NetMove on the phone, and my problems went away. Melody scheduled the estimate for me, at my convenience, after I had the estimate and it was approved, she scheduled the packers and movers. Both packers and movers were on time very professional and did a great job. But I must tell you a little more about Melody. I experienced a couple of issues with closing on my house so I had to reschedule my move twice—did I mention we were in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. Was any of this a problem for Melody—NOPE---just another day at the office. Once again great job by NetMove, and just to be clear they (who ever they are) DO NOT PAY MELODY ENOUGH.

NetMove is amazing. They were recommended by a neighbor who moved. From the get go they gave us straightforward pricing. They came in and packed up my house quickly and went to my storage and packed that up just as quick. We had move closing several times and at one point we didn't know when we would close. Throughout the entire issue Melody Morris worked with us. She would constantly work with their dispatch to get us the dates we needed. I don't know how they pulled it off because I know we aren't their only customer. But they treated us that way many times. I won't hesitate to call them if I ever need to move again.

We used NetMove for a two part move this past weekend into storage and then an apartment– very professional and we were thrilled that they were able to get all our storage items in the 10x30 unit with space to spare! Had a little bit of a hiccup with the truck later in the day (fan belt) – but Maurice and the guys plowed through to ensure we would be all set up in our new apartment with minimal delay.Greg provided top notch service from the initial meeting through the final move. Greg Shepard was amazing. I moved my elderly parents from a home they have lived in for 30 years. Gregg helped with obtaining boxes and with getting packers at the last minute when my back went out. He also arranged to have the move based on my mom's dialysis schedule.The movers arrived and were courteous to both my family. They even went out of the way to help move things that we were unable to disassemble ourselves. Our move took 2 days and was done with a lot of love and care. Greg even helped take away the boxes so that we could donate to other seniors moving in our area. I would definitely recommend using Netmove for any move!

I was very impressed with my experience with NetMove from the day I met Greg to the day my move was complete. Greg was very professional answered all of our questions and made sure we understood exactly what would happen and when. Anytime I had a question, he was very responsive. Greg Sheppard and Netmove were awesome! I am in the service industry, so I truly appreciate a great customer service experience. When I was about to move, I called 3 companies for quotes. Greg was the only one to return my phone call the same day. Needless to say, he got my business. He explained how the process would work in detail, so I knew exactly what to expect. I got phone calls the day before the move, the morning of the move and right after the move was complete. The movers and the move itself was easy and there was not one issue or concern. Then, about a year later, I received a check in the mail from Netmove for a little over $7 because they had discovered I had been overcharged. Seriously? Who does that?! Very impressed with Greg and the entire team I worked with at Netmove and highly recommend them!

Just scheduled my third move with Greg at NetMove and service remains as exceptional as I remember! I first used NetMove for a local Marietta, GA move 10 years ago. We sold our house in Atlanta and bought a house very quickly and needed to find a mover that could meet our specific needs of when to pack when to load and when to deliver. Greg came out and did our estimate and was able to assure us that the dates could be met by NetMOVE. We had gotten several quotes but decided to go with NetMOVE because of Greg and the commitment to meet our dates. The packers were at our house early on the day promised and they gentleman were very professional and efficient working the whole day to back up my 3400 Sq ft house. They came back on loading day and completed the packing and loading. I expecially appreciated them cleaning up after themselves. Move in day was a breeze. The 3 movers were at our house at 8:00 AM and they did not stop until the last box was unloaded at 3:00 PM. My husband and I have been married for over 22 years and through out that time we have relocated about 6 times, each time including a hired moving company.
