As a move manager, I've had the opportunity to now work with Oliver Shaw and the team at NetMOVE on several client moves over the past few years. Each move has been a success for a variety of reasons - they are professional and take the time to do walk thrus for estimates, ask the right questions, are flexible and provide transparency. They are also timely in submitting quotes.Onsite, their teams have been hard working, flexible and very supportive especially working within a wide variety of environments, tight timelines, etc. One of the things that sets them apart for me, is how they pay special attention to protecting client's homes and belongings. Things can happen and they do their best to minimize uncertainty and provide great solutions and remedies if needed. Oliver is great about checking in on moving days to see how their teams are doing. This is the 2nd time I have used Netmove and words don't do justice with how happy I am with the job that Oliver and his crew did. First my wife and I moved from apt to apt and 1.5 years later from an apt to a house and each time the movers were quick, communicative, and met our needs. Great overall experience and would definitely use them again. Great Moving Experience! John the sales manager was very responsive, efficient and kept in touch with updates on move. Packers showed up on time and got alot done in a small amount of time. The Movers that came on moving day were extremely nice and good at their job! We were planning a move up north and reached out to NetMove (Wheaton). Although their quote was the highest we’d received, I felt most comfortable with them. After some discussion, my husband and I chose NetMove. Our move ended up right in the middle of Covid19, but NetMove was responsive and easy to communicate with. They were in constant contact with us up until a few days AFTER the move. They made a tough situation feel less stressful. Truly have never had better movers in my life. They were quick and really did a fantastic job. If this review was based on just movers alone it would be 5 stars, but I have to remove one because there was a BIG miscommunication (and I will take ownership of part of it). BUYER BEWARE this is a flat rate moving service. I thought it was hourly as I asked what the hourly rate was, and was never told the words “flat rate” when we spoke on the phone. The part I take ownership is that it was on the “binding moving contract” in small letters “(flat rate)”. Very easy to miss. So without it being spoken to you and without you combing through the estimate with a fine tooth comb (which you should always do anyway when signing something). Anyway- they did give me a $100 refund which is fine but when you were charged 6 hours for a move that took 3 it is a little frustrating. Anyway props to them for trying to make it right and it is appreciated. Hopefully someone else finds this helpful so it doesn’t happen to you...

I do not enjoy moving, as matter of fact I detest moving but my latest move with NetMove changed my attitude about moving. I am in South Carolina making phone calls to coordinate a move from Roswell Ga. to Alabama at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and I was fortunate to get Melody from NetMove on the phone, and my problems went away. Melody scheduled the estimate for me, at my convenience, after I had the estimate and it was approved, she scheduled the packers and movers. Both packers and movers were on time very professional and did a great job. But I must tell you a little more about Melody. I experienced a couple of issues with closing on my house so I had to reschedule my move twice—did I mention we were in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. Was any of this a problem for Melody—NOPE---just another day at the office. Once again great job by NetMove, and just to be clear they (who ever they are) DO NOT PAY MELODY ENOUGH.

NetMove is amazing. They were recommended by a neighbor who moved. From the get go they gave us straightforward pricing. They came in and packed up my house quickly and went to my storage and packed that up just as quick. We had move closing several times and at one point we didn't know when we would close. Throughout the entire issue Melody Morris worked with us. She would constantly work with their dispatch to get us the dates we needed. I recently moved from the Atlanta area to southern Washington State. I was exhausted from the games that brokers were playing with me. I came across NetMove and Greg called me the same day. Greg Shepard was amazing. I moved my elderly parents from a home they have lived in for 30 years. Gregg helped with obtaining boxes and with getting packers at the last minute when my back went out. He also arranged to have the move based on my mom's dialysis schedule.The movers arrived and were courteous to both my family. They even went out of the way to help move things that we were unable to disassemble ourselves. Our move took 2 days and was done with a lot of love and care. Greg Sheppard and Netmove were awesome! I am in the service industry, so I truly appreciate a great customer service experience. When I was about to move, I called 3 companies for quotes. Greg was the only one to return my phone call the same day. Needless to say, he got my business. He explained how the process would work in detail, so I knew exactly what to expect. I got phone calls the day before the move, the morning of the move and right after the move was complete. The movers and the move itself was easy and there was not one issue or concern. Then, about a year later, I received a check in the mail from Netmove for a little over $7 because they had discovered I had been overcharged. Seriously? Who does that?! Fabulous mover! So much so that we've used them for three moves, one was cross country. Crew is on time and easy to work with. Accommodating to special requests and careful with artwork and sentimental pieces.

We have used Netmove for multiple moves over the last several years. They came highly recommended from my parents, and we were not disappointed at all. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They exceeded expectations on each of our moves. From start to finish, they were very professional and engaged. The moving crew showed up on time (if not early!) and they handled everything with great care. Our last move with them was this past April, and we had the exact same crew we had with our previous move! When anyone asks my opinion on moving companies, I am always the first to recommend Netmove. Overall great experience with peace of mind!

While they can protect items from harsh weather conditions, we always recommend adding additional protection around high-value items. We also usually warn against storing electric equipment in our on-site storage units. For storage in a temperature-controlled environment, please ask about our mobile or warehouse storage.
How safe is warehouse storage?

Extremely safe! We value our customers and their personal property. Our warehouse is secure and heavily monitored. It is also temperature controlled so your items won’t be exposed to the harsh summer temperatures that Atlanta, GA is known for.
