Our school needed movers to come help clean out rooms, pack boxes, assemble furniture and move items to storage. NetMOVE sent 3 of the best to help us out! Total professionals. Josh, Garrett and Ralph worked nine, long hours to move me out of my house. They wrapped and padded everything and were careful to pack the truck in the most efficient way possible for multiple stops and to avoid sliding since we were on a sloped driveway. Moving is such a slog, but they were fun to be around and got the job done. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Chad provided us with an estimate and we ended needing to move our date due to our builder having delays. We were accommodated with ease. The day of the move our team included Rhet, Garret and Carl. They called in transit, showed up eager to work. Another gentleman showed up Alex who helped a couple hours in. All were professional. It was extremely hot but they did great. For the unloading they requested additional help and we were fully unloaded in about 2 hours!! Had a couple hiccups with some nicks in doors. I sent a message to the email I was provided and within minutes was sent a reply and the following day Ben was here to fix all our issues with kindness and smiles. Our move was so easy on us!! We appreciate the great service and professionalism.

Netmove is a great moving company and did everything possible to ensure a smooth process. I rented a pod which was very convenient and allowed me to save money by packing myself. On moving day the crew came to load my large furniture and bulky items. There were many heavy, difficult items to move, including an 8 ft wide buffet, but everything was carefully handled and arrived safely. These are hardworking professionals, with programs tailored to handle most moving situations. They deliver great service at a reasonable price! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience using NetMove! Starting with the in-home quote, Chad was professional, helpful and detailed. When it came time to choose between quotes, Chad worked with us to negotiate and meet some competitive prices. On moving day, all of the movers were friendly, professional and were so careful with all of our items. We moved into a storage unit & the guys did such a great job fitting all of our stuff into the unit in the most effective way. Needed a 2,000 sqft house packed and moved. Sent a team of three to pack and they were efficient and professional. The next day a team of five came to pack the truck and unpack into the new house.All the guys were super nice and hardworking. I needed some things moved around after unloading and they were more than happy to do it. Post move nothing was broken, scratch, dented, destroyed, or any other damaging adjective.Would highly recommend.

Ben Lesnefsky and NetMove Moving and Storage quickly responded to an extremely last minute change in our moving plans and had us taken care of in a matter of hours. Ben's "we'll get it handled" attitude while awaiting the birth of baby number SIX(!!!) was incredible. The crew that showed up Friday to pack up the truck was super helpful and respectful of our belongings. Saturday afternoon they returned to unload, set up our rooms and beds and were amazing! They even stayed a little late to move a few items to different areas of the house because we changed our minds about placement!! I did a “2 house into 1 house” local move that included moving trucks at one location, to be held overnight and containers, at another, that were dropped off/picked up on random dates. To add to this logistics nightmare, we were moving dates consistently throughout the process. Ben was the overall lead and handled my day to day calls. He owned the process, controlled his teams and was, basically, the project manager that ensured things got done and I was a happy customer. He did just that. Always in control, always proactive and always saying he will do what’s needed to make this move a success. Could have been a nightmare but ended up to be the best part of our moving process. Don’t think I’ve uttered those words before; the movers were the best part of moving. I obviously HIGHLY recommend Ben and his team. Can’t say enough good things.

I can't say enough good things about Zippy Shell in CLT. I read a lot of horror stories about competitors, so decided to try Zippy Shell. I sure am glad I did. They delivered two shells on a steep driveway on the promised day. Anita was great setting up all the appointments. Daniel is a pro at delivering and moving these pods. They picked up the shells and delivered them to the new address on the requested day, and picked up the empty shells on the day they said they would. I highly recommend this company, if you want your move done right and on time.

I needed temporary storage for my garage renovation and originally had contracted with another onsite storage company. When the other company arrived to deliver their container, they weren't able to put it where I wanted because the crane system they use wasn't maneuverable enough. I sent them away. I searched for a company that could do the job and Zippy Shell came through. Not only were they able to put the container where I wanted, but they were also able to deliver it within about an hour and a half after I contracted with them. The customer service has been great and the crew that brought the container out was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Zippy Shell for all your moving and storage needs.

I found zippyshell when a competitor tried to bate and switch pricing. I got a price quote online from PODS. When I called to set things up I was told a different price,. Even though she could see the quote I had done. I told her I would need to go to their competition. She said Tha twas my perogative. So I did. Couldn't be happier. Zippy Shell was great! We actually had a unit with another company for our move, but we found that we needed another unit for extra items. The other company didn't have another unit on such short notice, so I reached out to Zippy Shell. They were fantastic and super helpful! I, definitely, would recommend them and use them exclusively for future moves! The good thing about it is that the Zippy Shell could fit in our narrow driveway. The other unit couldn't and had to be parked on the side of the street. Also, the unit is guaranteed to be stores in a climate-controlled, indoor facility, which was great and reassuring that our stuff would not be sweltering in the sun! (Also, I didn't know that they actually have movers, which I didn't know about! We'll have to take advantage of that for any future moves!)

It was easy to schedule pickup, but had to wait a week for drop off.....it was also in June, so a very busy moving time. Andrew did try to move some things around for earlier delivery, but the times did not work out. I wish I had known that Zippy offers moving supplies and MOVERS. We had to store our belongings while our new house was finished. Zippy Shell did a great job delivering the storage shells to us as needed and recommended some movers for the heavy stuff. They were delivered to our new house 4 months latter to reverse the process. I would give them an A+

Great experience. Glad I changed from other company as was going to have issues only having a 7x7 but as you know most couches are large than 7 or right at it. Switching to the 10x7 was perfect for a fully outfitted 1 bedroom for our son to go to grad school. They were in contact and hit the marks on initial deliver, pickup, and final delivery to St. Louis and handled the logistics and moved all components expertly. Though I follow up contstantly; they assured me of a date and time and they delivered and performed greater than expected.

Outstanding customer experience! The driver called and texted me to let me know when he would arrive, and he arrived exactly when he told me he would be there. I was worried about having them back up my drive way and tearing up my grass, but his driving was perfect (never got a wheel off the driveway!). Took the time to show me how everything was accessed, how to load, what not to load, etc. On top of that, one of the friendliest and most professional drivers I have ever met. Great first experience.

We truly appreciate that our calls were quickly returned, even early on a Saturday morning and that you went above and beyond expectation to resolve our problem. In addition, the gentlemen who delivered and assisted us with the move were both extremely hardworking, courteous, and professional. We must say that all of our experiences with Zippy Shell, both in the Raleigh area and now in Charlotte, have been exemplary. Zippy Shell has been a great experience. We are in the process of selling our home and needed to de-clutter. Our current home has a VERY steep driveway. The container was delivered without a problem and they were so careful in dropping it off and picking it up. It was so convenient to load the container. Once we sell our home I will be ordering more to help in the move. Zippy Shell has reduced my stress level during this time. Very courteous and professional folks. I would definitely recommend.

Great experience with Zippy Shell and have recommended it to friends! Had to store extra furniture while my home is staged for sale; two Zippy Shells to the rescue! Each time, they arrived promptly at the designated time, explained the best way to load the items into their very clean "shells", came back a couple of hours later to retrieve the load which I had securely locked with my own key, and off they went to store my unit in their climate-controlled warehouse. Even when I needed to access one of the items in my unit, it was easy to schedule a time to go to the warehouse and retrieve it. They are professional and reliable and the price is competitive with other storage facilities in town. Great solution for temporary or long-term storage!

My experience with Zippy Shell was hassle free - From the time the container was dropped off for me to load, to the time I need my container delivered was an awesome "worry free" process - The front office maintained contact with me through out the pick up and drop off - The employees are very professional and courteous. When my container was delivered after i moved into my new residence, Zippy Shell offered and assisted me in the unloading and placement of my items within my home - This was an "Above and Beyond" service that I truly appreciate - Not only did the unload go well - it happened less than an hour after their arrival - The Zippy Shell employees were very professional and helpful. - I will most definitely keep them in mind in the event I have another relocation - and would MOST definitely recommend them to anyone needing their service and to my friends and associates -Great Service - Great Experience -A very Satisfied Customer 🙂 - Thank you Zippy Shell

Jenny, the Sales Director, was the easiest and the best to communicate with. It was easy to get in touch with her via phone or e-mail. All the quotes and descriptions were honest and detailed. Lori Fike of Chaos to Calm recommended Zippy Shell when I contacted her regarding moving our furniture from our Weddington NC home to Summerville SC. It became necessary to store our furniture at Zippy Shell for a period of 2 months. Because we were building a new home, our "move in" date was delayed at least twice. Jenny, Jiffy Shell staff, worked with Lori to re-arrange drivers, trucks, etc. in order to accommodate these changing schedules. The drivers were most professional and helpful when arriving in Summerville, the furniture in excellent condition. We are very grateful for the courteous and professional manner in which the move was handled, from beginning to end. We had comments from Weddington neighbors stating how impressed they were with the services as they saw trucks dropping off and picking up the storage units. We had an absolutely fabulous experience with Jenny Ferris at Zippy Shell and I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!! My husband and I were building a new home and we sold our old house quickly, so we contacted Zippy shell expecting to have everything we owned in storage for a couple of months while the construction finished up. Unfortunately, the sale on our prior house fell through 5 days before closing and so our plans changed at the last minute and I had to quickly unpack many items to stage our home so it could go back on the market. I can honestly say that the service I got from Jenny and Zippy Shell the day I found out our closing wasn't going to happen as planned was the bright spot of the day! Jenny went out of her way to help me and made me feel much better. Then, when our house did finally sell and our new home was ready, Jenny and Zippy Shell came to the rescue again when our entire house came down with the stomach flu while trying to move, and Jenny even sent her son over to help us unload boxes!! I was truly impressed with this company, their professionalism, the speedy service and the genuine care they offered us. I have recommended them to our friends, neighbors and Realtors. You won't go wrong in using this first class company - and they have GREAT deals too!!

The Zippy Shell team blew me away with their superior customer service. Each person I dealt with was friendly, patient, professional, and courteous at every single encounter. I felt the price was very reasonable, they were on time exactly with the delivery, and they were very concerned about parking the trailer perfectly for our convenience, which wasn't something we had to probe them to do. I was really fascinated by this concept. Zippy Shell came to me as a recommendation from my real estate agent. The concept is unique. They bring a trailer to your location. Inside the trailer is a cage that they later remove at the storage facility so that the trailer can be used to deliver another cage to the next customer.They are very friendly and personal. I received a call back right away when I called to arrange a delivery to my home. I received email confirming the delivery to my home as well as when it arrived at the storage facility. Whenever I responded to any of the emails with questions or comments I received an immediate response. The pricing, in my opinion, is very reasonable and fair.As far as the size, I was able to fit all of my furniture and several boxes in an 1100 Sq. ft. home with room to spare in the 15" container. I might have been able to use an 8', but I would rather be safe than sorry.I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a mobile storage solution. The trailer is secured and setup safely at your location. They provide an exterior lock on the trailer and you can put your own lock on the cage inside the trailer. I really did like how attentive they were. Extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

We excitedly sold our home in S. Charlotte in March 2014 and it was time for the hardest part....the move! I made several phone calls to storage company's and found both the best deal AND service through Zippy Shell of Charlotte. They truly made the difficult time of a big move for a family of 7, a very pleasant and stress free experience. We needed more than the anticipated 2 trailers and both times, Zippy Shell got them out to us in record time, no problems whatsoever! The Owner even helped my Husband load the last few things onto the trailer before hauling it away. They were exceptional and I would HIGHLY recommend them for your moving experience!!
