As a move manager, I've had the opportunity to now work with Oliver Shaw and the team at NetMOVE on several client moves over the past few years. Each move has been a success for a variety of reasons - they are professional and take the time to do walk thrus for estimates, ask the right questions, are flexible and provide transparency. They are also timely in submitting quotes.Onsite, their teams have been hard working, flexible and very supportive especially working within a wide variety of environments, tight timelines, etc. One of the things that sets them apart for me, is how they pay special attention to protecting client's homes and belongings. Things can happen and they do their best to minimize uncertainty and provide great solutions and remedies if needed. Oliver is great about checking in on moving days to see how their teams are doing. I also appreciate the fact they have storage solutions as that has been needed at times and it opens up options for our clients should surprises occur, like delays with home renovations, closings, etc. Highly recommend NetMOVE!

This is the 2nd time I have used Netmove and words don't do justice with how happy I am with the job that Oliver and his crew did. First my wife and I moved from apt to apt and 1.5 years later from an apt to a house and each time the movers were quick, communicative, and met our needs. I even referred a friend who was thrilled by his first impressions and signed them on for his move as well. Fingers crossed that this is my final move but if anything happens, I know who to call!

Garrett was absolutely fantastic in helping me move from Virginia down to Charlotte. He packaged everything well so there was no damage, and moved even the very heavy stuff without a problem. Took the whole trip down in one day. I can't recommend Garrett enough.

I can’t say enough good things about the NetMove team. From meeting Ben for the initial estimate until we were moved in to our new home everything was absolutely perfect. Rhett and Jimmy are professionals and great to work with! The team was really fast with the actual work of getting the container unloaded and moved inside. I appreciate the attention to detail by both team members to make sure that everything was delivered to the right location between a few different rooms and split between upstairs and downstairs. Total professionals. Josh, Garrett and Ralph worked nine, long hours to move me out of my house. They wrapped and padded everything and were careful to pack the truck in the most efficient way possible for multiple stops and to avoid sliding since we were on a sloped driveway. Moving is such a slog, but they were fun to be around and got the job done. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I called so many movers and storage unit options since we needed to store stuff for a couple months. NetMove handled everything with such great customer service. They drove 3 1/2 hours to move my Mom out of her house and then drove back to Charlotte to store the items. The men were very professional, handled everything with care, great personalities, and very efficient. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

VERY Highly Recommended! -When we moved from Green Bay WI to Chapel Hill NC, This company sent people to unload the moving truck. We were so pleased with the speed, care, attitude and professionalism that we asked James for a card just in case we ever needed to move again. As luck would have it, two months later we found ourselves moving to Chattanooga, TN, so we called James. Even though Winston-Salem is quite a distance from Chapel Hill, he said he would be happy to help, and we received the same top-level service with our second move.... even better, actually, because James knew we were in a rush to leave, so he brought FOUR helpers to pack and load for us! I would recommend the Winston-Salem NetMOVE to ANYONE!

Chad provided us with an estimate and we ended needing to move our date due to our builder having delays. We were accommodated with ease. The day of the move our team included Rhet, Garret and Carl. They called in transit, showed up eager to work. Another gentleman showed up Alex who helped a couple hours in. All were professional. It was extremely hot but they did great. For the unloading they requested additional help and we were fully unloaded in about 2 hours!! Had a couple hiccups with some nicks in doors. I sent a message to the email I was provided and within minutes was sent a reply and the following day Ben was here to fix all our issues with kindness and smiles. Our move was so easy on us!! We appreciate the great service and professionalism.

First utilized Net Move's modular storage pod to load items prior to the sale of our house and then Net Move loaded our house in Charlotte, NC and delivered to our new house in Southport, NC. Great overall experience and would definitely use them again. The estimate was very competitive compared to others and decided to go with Net Move mainly because we already had a storage pod in their storage facility. Where to even start? My parents were unexpectedly forced to move from Charlotte to Cleveland due to a medical issue. Everything happened very fast and we were forced to get them relocated very quickly. NetMOVE handled everything with speed, care and class. I felt like I was in good hands from the moment that I met with Chad and James until I received the call from my parents that everything had been unloaded and put together. The team packed up their entire house, loaded it up and had it delivered to my parents in the exact timeframe that we needed. While I was at the house with them and they were packing up, James could see that I was quite overwhelmed with everything and put his hand on my shoulder and assured me that they would take care of everything and that we had nothing to worry about. He was absolutely right - we were given VIP treatment and everything was delivered in great condition and on time. Netmove is a great moving company and did everything possible to ensure a smooth process. I rented a pod which was very convenient and allowed me to save money by packing myself. On moving day the crew came to load my large furniture and bulky items. There were many heavy, difficult items to move, including an 8 ft wide buffet, but everything was carefully handled and arrived safely. These are hardworking professionals, with programs tailored to handle most moving situations. They deliver great service at a reasonable price! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience using NetMove! Starting with the in-home quote, Chad was professional, helpful and detailed. When it came time to choose between quotes, Chad worked with us to negotiate and meet some competitive prices. On moving day, all of the movers were friendly, professional and were so careful with all of our items. We moved into a storage unit & the guys did such a great job fitting all of our stuff into the unit in the most effective way. We were planning a move up north and reached out to NetMove (Wheaton). Although their quote was the highest we’d received, I felt most comfortable with them. After some discussion, my husband and I chose NetMove. Our move ended up right in the middle of Covid19, but NetMove was responsive and easy to communicate with. They were in constant contact with us up until a few days AFTER the move. They made a tough situation feel less stressful. We ended up coming in under weight and they called us right away to let us know our new total. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to move.

Truly have never had better movers in my life. They were quick and really did a fantastic job. If this review was based on just movers alone it would be 5 stars, but I have to remove one because there was a BIG miscommunication (and I will take ownership of part of it). BUYER BEWARE this is a flat rate moving service. I thought it was hourly as I asked what the hourly rate was, and was never told the words “flat rate” when we spoke on the phone. The part I take ownership is that it was on the “binding moving contract” in small letters “(flat rate)”. Very easy to miss. So without it being spoken to you and without you combing through the estimate with a fine tooth comb (which you should always do anyway when signing something). Anyway- they did give me a $100 refund which is fine but when you were charged 6 hours for a move that took 3 it is a little frustrating. Anyway props to them for trying to make it right and it is appreciated. Hopefully someone else finds this helpful so it doesn’t happen to you...

We were able to have their team load a declutter container first why we were selling and then they loaded additional containers when we moved out. They were professional and efficient. I do not enjoy moving, as matter of fact I detest moving but my latest move with NetMove changed my attitude about moving. I am in South Carolina making phone calls to coordinate a move from Roswell Ga. to Alabama at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and I was fortunate to get Melody from NetMove on the phone, and my problems went away. Melody scheduled the estimate for me, at my convenience, after I had the estimate and it was approved, she scheduled the packers and movers. Both packers and movers were on time very professional and did a great job. But I must tell you a little more about Melody. I experienced a couple of issues with closing on my house so I had to reschedule my move twice—did I mention we were in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. Was any of this a problem for Melody—NOPE---just another day at the office. Once again great job by NetMove, and just to be clear they (who ever they are) DO NOT PAY MELODY ENOUGH.

Needed a 2,000 sqft house packed and moved. Sent a team of three to pack and they were efficient and professional. The next day a team of five came to pack the truck and unpack into the new house.All the guys were super nice and hardworking. I needed some things moved around after unloading and they were more than happy to do it. Ben and his team in Charlotte NC were awesome to work with as we moved from our home of 15 years into a condo while we build a new home. Mr. Frederick Young brought Zippy Shell containers to my old house and now to my new house. He was great! He was really nice and he was great at communicating with me. Netmove handled the second part of my move. Said they'd be here at 1pm. Eager to get our stuff I was very happy when the driver arrived at 12:59pm. He was professional and courteous and my stuff arrived exactly as packed. Ben Lesnefsky and NetMove Moving and Storage quickly responded to an extremely last minute change in our moving plans and had us taken care of in a matter of hours. Ben's "we'll get it handled" attitude while awaiting the birth of baby number SIX(!!!) was incredible. The crew that showed up Friday to pack up the truck was super helpful and respectful of our belongings. Saturday afternoon they returned to unload, set up our rooms and beds and were amazing! They even stayed a little late to move a few items to different areas of the house because we changed our minds about placement!! We will certainly use them again and refer all of our clients to them!

I did a “2 house into 1 house” local move that included moving trucks at one location, to be held overnight and containers, at another, that were dropped off/picked up on random dates. To add to this logistics nightmare, we were moving dates consistently throughout the process. Ben was the overall lead and handled my day to day calls. He owned the process, controlled his teams and was, basically, the project manager that ensured things got done and I was a happy customer. He did just that. Always in control, always proactive and always saying he will do what’s needed to make this move a success. Could have been a nightmare but ended up to be the best part of our moving process. Don’t think I’ve uttered those words before; the movers were the best part of moving. I obviously HIGHLY recommend Ben and his team. Can’t say enough good things.

Amazing customer service. The owner showed up to help move at no extra charge both on loading and unloading. I ordered 4 shells and they got everything into 2, saving me months of extra storage costs. I've never worked with a company where they actively worked to have me spend less money with them. I can't say enough good things about Zippy Shell in CLT. I read a lot of horror stories about competitors, so decided to try Zippy Shell. I sure am glad I did. They delivered two shells on a steep driveway on the promised day. Anita was great setting up all the appointments. Daniel is a pro at delivering and moving these pods. They picked up the shells and delivered them to the new address on the requested day, and picked up the empty shells on the day they said they would. I highly recommend this company, if you want your move done right and on time.

I needed temporary storage for my garage renovation and originally had contracted with another onsite storage company. When the other company arrived to deliver their container, they weren't able to put it where I wanted because the crane system they use wasn't maneuverable enough. I sent them away. I searched for a company that could do the job and Zippy Shell came through. Not only were they able to put the container where I wanted, but they were also able to deliver it within about an hour and a half after I contracted with them. The customer service has been great and the crew that brought the container out was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Zippy Shell for all your moving and storage needs.

NetMove is amazing. They were recommended by a neighbor who moved. From the get go they gave us straightforward pricing. They came in and packed up my house quickly and went to my storage and packed that up just as quick. We had move closing several times and at one point we didn't know when we would close. Throughout the entire issue Melody Morris worked with us. She would constantly work with their dispatch to get us the dates we needed. I don't know how they pulled it off because I know we aren't their only customer. But they treated us that way many times. I won't hesitate to call them if I ever need to move again.

I found zippyshell when a competitor tried to bate and switch pricing. I got a price quote online from PODS. When I called to set things up I was told a different price,. Even though she could see the quote I had done. I told her I would need to go to their competition. She said Tha twas my perogative. So I did. Couldn't be happier. Zippy Shell was great! We actually had a unit with another company for our move, but we found that we needed another unit for extra items. The other company didn't have another unit on such short notice, so I reached out to Zippy Shell. They were fantastic and super helpful! I, definitely, would recommend them and use them exclusively for future moves! The good thing about it is that the Zippy Shell could fit in our narrow driveway. The other unit couldn't and had to be parked on the side of the street. Also, the unit is guaranteed to be stores in a climate-controlled, indoor facility, which was great and reassuring that our stuff would not be sweltering in the sun! (Also, I didn't know that they actually have movers, which I didn't know about! We'll have to take advantage of that for any future moves!)

It was easy to schedule pickup, but had to wait a week for drop off.....it was also in June, so a very busy moving time. Andrew did try to move some things around for earlier delivery, but the times did not work out. I wish I had known that Zippy offers moving supplies and MOVERS. I had a hard time trying to coordinate movers and the shell coming an going.

I recently moved from the Atlanta area to southern Washington State. I was exhausted from the games that brokers were playing with me. I came across NetMove and Greg called me the same day. Greg Shepard was amazing. I moved my elderly parents from a home they have lived in for 30 years. Gregg helped with obtaining boxes and with getting packers at the last minute when my back went out. He also arranged to have the move based on my mom's dialysis schedule.The movers arrived and were courteous to both my family. They even went out of the way to help move things that we were unable to disassemble ourselves. Our move took 2 days and was done with a lot of love and care. Greg Sheppard and Netmove were awesome! I am in the service industry, so I truly appreciate a great customer service experience. When I was about to move, I called 3 companies for quotes. Greg was the only one to return my phone call the same day. Needless to say, he got my business. He explained how the process would work in detail, so I knew exactly what to expect. I got phone calls the day before the move, the morning of the move and right after the move was complete. The movers and the move itself was easy and there was not one issue or concern. Then, about a year later, I received a check in the mail from Netmove for a little over $7 because they had discovered I had been overcharged. Seriously? Who does that?! Very impressed with Greg and the entire team I worked with at Netmove and highly recommend them!

We spoke to a number of different people in the company throughout the entire process and everyone was very nice and gave us good advice. Even though we didn't follow their advice on how many containers to get, they came to the rescue within 30 minutes, saving our moving day. The loaders that they hired for us worked very efficiently and didn't destroy our house or stuff in the process. Just scheduled my third move with Greg at NetMove and service remains as exceptional as I remember! I first used NetMove for a local Marietta, GA move 10 years ago. The experience was so amazing that I could not envision using anyone else when it came time for a Georgia to Florida move which would involve 6 weeks of storage. We sold our house in Atlanta and bought a house very quickly and needed to find a mover that could meet our specific needs of when to pack when to load and when to deliver. Greg came out and did our estimate and was able to assure us that the dates could be met by NetMOVE. We had gotten several quotes but decided to go with NetMOVE because of Greg and the commitment to meet our dates. The packers were at our house early on the day promised and they gentleman were very professional and efficient working the whole day to back up my 3400 Sq ft house. The 3 movers were at our house at 8:00 AM and they did not stop until the last box was unloaded at 3:00 PM. My husband and I have been married for over 22 years and through out that time we have relocated about 6 times, each time including a hired moving company. Great experience. Glad I changed from other company as was going to have issues only having a 7x7 but as you know most couches are large than 7 or right at it. Switching to the 10x7 was perfect for a fully outfitted 1 bedroom for our son to go to grad school. They were in contact and hit the marks on initial deliver, pickup, and final delivery to St. Louis and handled the logistics and moved all components expertly. Though I follow up contstantly; they assured me of a date and time and they delivered and performed greater than expected.

Outstanding customer experience! The driver called and texted me to let me know when he would arrive, and he arrived exactly when he told me he would be there. I was worried about having them back up my drive way and tearing up my grass, but his driving was perfect (never got a wheel off the driveway!). Took the time to show me how everything was accessed, how to load, what not to load, etc. On top of that, one of the friendliest and most professional drivers I have ever met. Great first experience.

Zippy Shell makes it easy to order units, have scheduled delivery and pick up times, and they are quick to answer questions and accommodate changes and requests. Their prices are also reasonable. We truly appreciate that our calls were quickly returned, even early on a Saturday morning and that you went above and beyond expectation to resolve our problem. In addition, the gentlemen who delivered and assisted us with the move were both extremely hardworking, courteous, and professional. We must say that all of our experiences with Zippy Shell, both in the Raleigh area and now in Charlotte, have been exemplary. Everyone is so friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I have and will continue to highly recommend Zippy Shell to anyone with moving or storage needs.

Zippy Shell has been a great experience. We are in the process of selling our home and needed to de-clutter. Our current home has a VERY steep driveway. The container was delivered without a problem and they were so careful in dropping it off and picking it up. It was so convenient to load the container. Once we sell our home I will be ordering more to help in the move. Zippy Shell has reduced my stress level during this time. Very courteous and professional folks. I would definitely recommend.

Great experience with Zippy Shell and have recommended it to friends! Had to store extra furniture while my home is staged for sale; two Zippy Shells to the rescue! Each time, they arrived promptly at the designated time, explained the best way to load the items into their very clean "shells", came back a couple of hours later to retrieve the load which I had securely locked with my own key, and off they went to store my unit in their climate-controlled warehouse. Even when I needed to access one of the items in my unit, it was easy to schedule a time to go to the warehouse and retrieve it. They are professional and reliable and the price is competitive with other storage facilities in town. Great solution for temporary or long-term storage!

My experience with Zippy Shell was hassle free - From the time the container was dropped off for me to load, to the time I need my container delivered was an awesome "worry free" process - The front office maintained contact with me through out the pick up and drop off - The employees are very professional and courteous. When my container was delivered after i moved into my new residence, Zippy Shell offered and assisted me in the unloading and placement of my items within my home - This was an "Above and Beyond" service that I truly appreciate - Not only did the unload go well - it happened less than an hour after their arrival - The Zippy Shell employees were very professional and helpful. - I will most definitely keep them in mind in the event I have another relocation - and would MOST definitely recommend them to anyone needing their service and to my friends and associates -Great Service - Great Experience -A very Satisfied Customer 🙂 - Thank you Zippy Shell

Jenny, the Sales Director, was the easiest and the best to communicate with. It was easy to get in touch with her via phone or e-mail. All the quotes and descriptions were honest and detailed. Ben, the driver (both times) was fantastic! Price was great! I recommended Zippy to my neighbors already and they had a pleasant experience also. Would recommend it to anybody!

Lori Fike of Chaos to Calm recommended Zippy Shell when I contacted her regarding moving our furniture from our Weddington NC home to Summerville SC. It became necessary to store our furniture at Zippy Shell for a period of 2 months. Because we were building a new home, our "move in" date was delayed at least twice. Jenny, Jiffy Shell staff, worked with Lori to re-arrange drivers, trucks, etc. in order to accommodate these changing schedules. The drivers were most professional and helpful when arriving in Summerville, the furniture in excellent condition. We are very grateful for the courteous and professional manner in which the move was handled, from beginning to end. We had comments from Weddington neighbors stating how impressed they were with the services as they saw trucks dropping off and picking up the storage units. We had an absolutely fabulous experience with Jenny Ferris at Zippy Shell and I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!! My husband and I were building a new home and we sold our old house quickly, so we contacted Zippy shell expecting to have everything we owned in storage for a couple of months while the construction finished up. Unfortunately, the sale on our prior house fell through 5 days before closing and so our plans changed at the last minute and I had to quickly unpack many items to stage our home so it could go back on the market. I can honestly say that the service I got from Jenny and Zippy Shell the day I found out our closing wasn't going to happen as planned was the bright spot of the day! Jenny went out of her way to help me and made me feel much better. Then, when our house did finally sell and our new home was ready, Jenny and Zippy Shell came to the rescue again when our entire house came down with the stomach flu while trying to move, and Jenny even sent her son over to help us unload boxes!! I was truly impressed with this company, their professionalism, the speedy service and the genuine care they offered us. I have recommended them to our friends, neighbors and Realtors. You won't go wrong in using this first class company - and they have GREAT deals too!!

ZIppy Shell of Charlotte's customer service is top notch. We decided to move from Pittsburgh to Charlotte and did not have a place lined up yet. I heard about Zippy Shell from my father in law so I called them to see how it works. I was dreading to have to put all of our belongings in storage for a couple months just to go back to a storage unit to repack a truck then unload it again. When Zippy Shell told me how they deliver a trailer to your house and then redeliver your things to you I was sold. It takes out that middle step and saves a lot of time and frustration. I would definitely recommend Zippy Shell of Charlotte to anyone looking for storage. The staff really care about you as a person not just a client. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy.

The Zippy Shell team blew me away with their superior customer service. Each person I dealt with was friendly, patient, professional, and courteous at every single encounter. I felt the price was very reasonable, they were on time exactly with the delivery, and they were very concerned about parking the trailer perfectly for our convenience, which wasn't something we had to probe them to do. I received ample communication from them so I never felt out of the loop or out of control. I HIGHLY recommend this company and have very much enjoyed my experience with them! 🙂

I was really fascinated by this concept. Zippy Shell came to me as a recommendation from my real estate agent. The concept is unique. They bring a trailer to your location. Inside the trailer is a cage that they later remove at the storage facility so that the trailer can be used to deliver another cage to the next customer.They are very friendly and personal. I received a call back right away when I called to arrange a delivery to my home. I received email confirming the delivery to my home as well as when it arrived at the storage facility. Whenever I responded to any of the emails with questions or comments I received an immediate response. The pricing, in my opinion, is very reasonable and fair.As far as the size, I was able to fit all of my furniture and several boxes in an 1100 Sq. ft. home with room to spare in the 15" container. I might have been able to use an 8', but I would rather be safe than sorry.I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a mobile storage solution. The trailer is secured and setup safely at your location. They provide an exterior lock on the trailer and you can put your own lock on the cage inside the trailer. I really did like how attentive they were. Extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

We excitedly sold our home in S. Charlotte in March 2014 and it was time for the hardest part....the move! I made several phone calls to storage company's and found both the best deal AND service through Zippy Shell of Charlotte. They truly made the difficult time of a big move for a family of 7, a very pleasant and stress free experience. We needed more than the anticipated 2 trailers and both times, Zippy Shell got them out to us in record time, no problems whatsoever! The Owner even helped my Husband load the last few things onto the trailer before hauling it away. They were exceptional and I would HIGHLY recommend them for your moving experience!!
