What Happens if My Schedule Changes?

If your dates shift, simply give us a call as soon as you’re able. Once your new dates are confirmed, we’ll work quickly to reschedule your move and secure your updated timeframe — with no additional rescheduling fees. Our goal is to keep your move as smooth and stress-free as possible, even when plans change.
How Many Movers Will be on My Job?
Every move is unique, so the number of movers assigned is based on the size of your home and the items you’re moving.
Most moves are completed with a team of 2–3 professional movers, but for larger homes or more complex moves, we may assign 4–6 movers to ensure everything is handled efficiently and safely. Our goal is to provide the right amount of manpower so your move is completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.
How is My Moving Cost Calculated?
Your move is priced based on the size of your home, the items being moved, distance, access at each location (stairs, elevators, long carries), packing needs, and any special services requested. After a free in-home or virtual survey, we provide a clear, flat-rate estimate so you know exactly what to expect before moving day.
Are There Any Extra or Hidden Fees?
No. Our flat-rate pricing is designed to eliminate surprise charges. Your estimate includes all agreed-upon services, so the price you receive is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no unexpected add-ons.
What Items Can You Not Move?
For safety reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials such as gasoline, propane tanks, fireworks, cleaning chemicals, or perishable food. Your moving specialist will review a full list with you during your estimate so you can plan accordingly.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
