From start to finish using this moving company was a disaster. John, the salesman was very condescending and... non-responsive. When crew arrived they said they didn’t know anything about moving my computer or 5 component stereo system. While moving refrigerator, one of the guys turned the gas stove on and the entire house filled with gas. There was a lot of finger pointing so I had to call the Fire Department to turn off gas. Then had to call Atlanta Gas to turn it back on. They dropped my stereo cabinet and broke the flip top off (it was the only way to access turntable). They stepped on a painting and broke the glass. They lost an item and tore my desk up. When they got to my new place, they were offered sodas and bottles of water and threw everything in our front yard when they left. Bought insurance and have been nickeled and dimed to death because they don’t want to pay for replacement items. Worst experience ever!read more

Great Moving Experience! John the sales manager was very responsive, efficient and kept in touch with updates on move.... Packers showed up on time and got alot done in a small amount of time. The Movers that came on moving day were extremely nice and good at their job! Record time in loading and I moved from a big house to an apartment, their reassurance that all the furniture would make it up the elevator was needed! Truly have never had better movers in my life. They were quick and really did a fantastic job. If this review was based... on just movers alone it would be 5 stars, but I have to remove one because there was a BIG miscommunication (and I will take ownership of part of it). BUYER BEWARE this is a flat rate moving service. I thought it was hourly as I asked what the hourly rate was, and was never told the words “flat rate” when we spoke on the phone. The part I take ownership is that it was on the “binding moving contract” in small letters “(flat rate)”. Very easy to miss. So without it being spoken to you and without you combing through the estimate with a fine tooth comb (which you should always do anyway when signing something). Anyway- they did give me a $100 refund which is fine but when you were charged 6 hours for a move that took 3 it is a little frustrating. Anyway props to them for trying to make it right and it is appreciated. Hopefully someone else finds this helpful so it doesn’t happen to you...read more

I do not enjoy moving, as matter of fact I detest moving but my latest move with NetMove changed my attitude about... moving. I am in South Carolina making phone calls to coordinate a move from Roswell Ga. to Alabama at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and I was fortunate to get Melody from NetMove on the phone, and my problems went away. Melody scheduled the estimate for me, at my convenience, after I had the estimate and it was approved, she scheduled the packers and movers. Both packers and movers were on time very professional and did a great job. But I must tell you a little more about Melody. I experienced a couple of issues with closing on my house so I had to reschedule my move twice—did I mention we were in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. Was any of this a problem for Melody—NOPE---just another day at the office. Once again great job by NetMove, and just to be clear they (who ever they are) DO NOT PAY MELODY ENOUGH.read more

We were planning a move up north and reached out to NetMove (Wheaton). Although their quote was the highest we’d... received, I felt most comfortable with them. After some discussion, my husband and I chose NetMove. Our move ended up right in the middle of Covid19, but NetMove was responsive and easy to communicate with. They were in constant contact with us up until a few days AFTER the move. They made a tough situation feel less stressful. NetMove is amazing. They were recommended by a neighbor who moved. From the get go they gave us straightforward... pricing. They came in and packed up my house quickly and went to my storage and packed that up just as quick. We had move closing several times and at one point we didn't know when we would close. Throughout the entire issue Melody Morris worked with us. She would constantly work with their dispatch to get us the dates we needed. I don't know how they pulled it off because I know we aren't their only customer. But they treated us that way many times. I won't hesitate to call them if I ever need to move again.read more

Greg Sheppard and Netmove were awesome! I am in the service industry, so I truly appreciate a great customer service... experience. When I was about to move, I called 3 companies for quotes. Greg was the only one to return my phone call the same day. Needless to say, he got my business. He explained how the process would work in detail, so I knew exactly what to expect. I got phone calls the day before the move, the morning of the move and right after the move was complete. The movers and the move itself was easy and there was not one issue or concern. Then, about a year later, I received a check in the mail from Netmove for a little over $7 because they had discovered I had been overcharged. Seriously? Who does that?! Very impressed with Greg and the entire team I worked with at Netmove and highly recommend them!read more

We have used Netmove for multiple moves over the last several years. They came highly recommended from my parents, and... we were not disappointed at all. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They exceeded expectations on each of our moves. From start to finish, they were very professional and engaged.
